Tasting notes +
A dry white wine made from Moscatel grapes, fermented under controlled conditions to preserve their distinctive aromas. It then ages on fine lees for several months, with regular bâtonnage to add complexity, body and natural stability.
Pale yellow in colour with steely highlights. On the nose, characteristic floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine combine with citrus and stone fruit, complemented by subtle bakery and nut aromas from its contact with the lees.
Dry, balanced and fresh on the palate, with a creamy, enveloping texture. It has a generous mouthfeel, medium-long persistence and a clean finish in which the grape’s character returns alongside a subtle saline note.
