Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Before payment you can review your items, tickets, discounts, delivery charges and final total. Payment is processed through Stripe. Your purchase is confirmed when we receive payment confirmation and send your order summary. Wine sales are restricted to people aged 18 or over.
Wine delivery
Spain: free delivery on wine orders from €45; otherwise €12. United States: €120. United Kingdom: €70. Rest of Europe: €50. Only destinations available at checkout are accepted. Tickets never incur delivery charges. In mixed orders, only wine counts towards the free delivery threshold. Please contact us about customs procedures and potential charges before an international purchase.
Tickets and reservations
Tickets are valid only for the selected date, session and admission type. Check these details before paying. Places are held temporarily during payment; adding tickets to your cart does not guarantee a booking. On arrival, give the booking name and order reference. You can show the confirmation on your phone; no printing is required. If we cancel an activity, we will contact purchasers to arrange a solution and any applicable refund.
Returns and problems
For distance purchases of goods, the general withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from delivery, subject to statutory exceptions. To request withdrawal, email comercial@vbalbaina.es with your order reference. Where withdrawal applies, the buyer bears the direct return cost; defects and supply errors are handled without that cost. Please report damage or other issues so we can review them, without limiting your statutory rights.
Leisure activities booked for a specific date are excluded from the general withdrawal right. Contact the winery about other ticket changes or cancellation requests. Legal information: Articles 102–108 of Spanish RDL 1/2007.
