Data and purposes

We process the contact, billing, delivery, order and booking information you provide to answer enquiries, fulfil purchases and deliver booked experiences. If you create an account, we use it to identify you and show your orders. Technical access and error logs help protect and maintain the service. We do not store your full card number: payment takes place on Stripe.

Legal basis and retention

Purchases and accounts are processed on a contractual basis; invoicing is based on legal obligations; security is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Optional processing requiring consent is enabled only if you consent. We retain data during our relationship and for the periods necessary for tax, accounting and potential claims. Data is then deleted or restricted as appropriate.

Recipients

Hosting, email, payment, delivery and professional advisory providers access the information needed for their work. Information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Stripe processes payment data under its privacy policy; please consult it for its terms and international transfer safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing info@vbalbaina.es. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Information necessary to fulfil a purchase is identified on the form: without it we cannot process the purchase.
