Vinalia 2026: Cádiz wines rooted in El Puerto de Santa María

Vinalia 2026 inspired a feature on Albariza de la Torre and our ties to El Puerto de Santa María. In its article of 26 March, Andalucía Información announced our participation in Vinalia, whose 2026 edition was scheduled for 10 and 11 April at the Monasterio de la Victoria.

The story is a useful starting point for following wine from its landscape to your glass. If you are exploring wines from Cádiz, get to know our winery through its roots, a few contrasting wine styles and experiences that bring them to life.

A family winery between El Puerto and Jerez

Our farming history began in 1893 and continues with the family’s fourth generation. In Pago de Balbaína, albariza soils and work in the vineyard shape a project that brings traditional practices together with different approaches to winemaking.

Visiting a winery in El Puerto de Santa María offers a vineyard perspective on the Jerez countryside. Read the story of Albariza de la Torre to see how that family heritage informs our work today.

Three wines to discover Albariza de la Torre

Our range makes it possible to choose a wine for the occasion and the food. These three bottles introduce sparkling wine, biological ageing and a red made with carbonic maceration.

Galantería Brut: sparkling wine from Cádiz

Galantería Brut combines Palomino Fino and Moscatel de Alejandría, with a second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method. Mango, white flowers and saline notes meet fine bubbles and refreshing acidity.

Try it with bivalves, sushi or shellfish. If you are choosing a sparkling wine from Cádiz for a seafood meal, its product page explains the winemaking and pairings.

Diecisiete Once Chardonnay: white wine aged under flor

Diecisiete Once Chardonnay blends equal parts Chardonnay and Palomino and ages under flor for twelve months. Almond, bread and floral aromas accompany a fresh, dry palate.

Its affinity with appetisers and fish makes it an inviting way to explore the character that biological ageing brings to a white wine.

Diecisiete Once Tintilla: a red for grilled food

In Diecisiete Once Tintilla, carbonic maceration enhances red-fruit and fruit-compote aromas. Light tannins and acidity offer another expression of our range, particularly alongside grilled meat.

Moving from sparkling to white and then red is a way to refine your preferences. Comparing aromas, texture and winemaking styles helps you find the bottle that suits you.
